There is nothing decent about the Australian and American forces. Every single Australian and American civilian and child should be forced marched into [ Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia ], to see all the damage Americans did to these innocent people. Go look up what the British armed forces did to Australians. They've stolen our identities, land, homes, laws. Everything. How dare you. A lot of these dickheads that you call soldiers got to go home and live happy lives. Many even went on to fight in more illegal wars. When millions in [ Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia ] never got to see home again. It sickens me to my core how some people dare to describe the British Empire and American Empire in a good positive light. And most people worldwide do not believe the American Armstrong set foot on the moon.🖕

Since primary school, kids are taught to slip, slop, slap, that is: slip on sun protective clothing, slop on water resistant, broad spectrum, SPF30 or higher sunscreen and slap on a broad-brimmed hat. Its innate in many of us now. However there are always people that want to learn the hard way.

Hi Kaitlyn, the Aussie rules ball is a bit smaller than a rugby ball and maybe a bit pointier. I think an American football would be smaller and pointier again. Yes, they do a lot of running. Most players move up and down the ground at least to some extent. The midfielders cover the most territory - up to around 20 km per game. Why not throw it? I guess because it makes it a bit harder. Otherwise, it would probably favour the team with the ball too much. This is similar to the need to bounce the ball; it gives the team without the ball the chance to tackle the player with the ball. If you could just run with the ball and throw it to team mates, it would be pretty boring and give little opportunity for change in possession. Why are you allowed to jump on an opponent's back to take a mark? Because it gives you the opportunity to take a spectacular mark (or "specky"), which is a unique and very attractive hallmark of the game. Why do you get a point for "missing"? It is essentially a tiebreaker. There would be many more draws if you just got scores for goals, like soccer. The times of the quarters? There are breaks between each of the quarters: 5 mins for quarter time (between the first and second quarters), 20 mins for half time (between the second and third quarters) and 5 mins for three quarter time (between the third and fourth quarters). The clock starts at 20 mins at the start of the quarter and is paused for interruptions in play (such as after a goal is scored, when the ball goes over the boundary line or if the umpire blows the whistle and raises his hand for "time on" (if there is a big tangle of players or a player goes off for the blood rule, for example). There are no time outs called by the coaches. Most quarters will be around 30 mins from start to finish, so a whole game takes about 2.5 hours. The only time that they play extra time at the end is in the event of a tied finals game, where there needs to be a result to determine who goes on to the next week or even the result of the Grand Final. Until recently, a drawn Grand Final would require the teams to come back the next week for a rematch. That last happened in 2010 (Collingwood beat St Kilda in the rematch). I recommend you see it for yourself, but probably best to go with someone who knows the game so they can explain any questions you have. If you are in Melbourne, I would be happy to take you and Mark to a game at the MCG. Yes, the season is on right now. The season is more or less the same as the NRL. The finals are in September.

Yep and also other Aussies normally are you friends with other Aussies my friends in Australia are all just from school well 95% of them I left Australia I now live in Thailand and before I was in Laos for 4 years I lost pretty much all my friends and you're right people will just make fun of you over there they think it's funny but the actual country itself is really beautiful but the culture is really if you don't drink alcohol and you don't love sports it's hard to make friends and it's way too many rules and regulations over there and a lot of people are very serious an extremely streaked about rules and regulations and laws that are in place the general public will enforce these things not just the police and I'm talking about Peddy things not serious crime just feels very not free over there and very clinical you generally can't make friends and people that work in shops not like you can't hear in Thailand people in restaurants and little shops that are owned by families don't really exist it's just big corporations over there

You have a great channel Kaitlyn but I believe one point has to be made regarding the indigenous population and the manipulative parties that have and are indoctrinating Society regarding past indiscretions by white settlers. It is a politically motivated movement for power and money The indigenous population represents only 3% of the population and yet receives over $4B a year plus grants for its so called needs in being disadvantaged and impoverished. Scholarships are granted on even 1/16 aboriginal heritage depriving more talented individuals from education just due to their colour which in many cases is barely noticeable. I think the best way to describe the comparison between the Australian way of apologies for past deemed atrocities for so called invasions and right to land is to compare it against the American way of dealing with their North American Indians upon settlement in 1776 with the wars of Independence that followed into the 1800’s. Those Indians were slaughtered based on their skin colour in substantial numbers. That was an invasion also. There’s a song written about the wars. Indian Sunset by Elton John. A real education. I don’t hear any acknowledgement of indigenous land in any US ceremony, sports game or presentations and rightly so. Americans are very proud of their country (and rightfully so in so many ways) and don’t see the need to go back many centuries to highlight past atrocities and yet it’s totally predominant in Australia society today. There is no need to go back through history. Do we apologise for wars against nations with so many innocent people killed? Thankfully the vote for power was defeated as that would have laid down the ground rules for more power imbalance and even more funds spent on worthless projects and support. Funding should not be based purely on colour and needs to based on an even based requirements not just for the indigenous population. Food for thought.
